Choose Again offers workshops and groups in
Vancouver and Costa Rica to help families and individuals overcome the
effects of chronic depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse and
eating disorders.
The Costa Rica Center
offers residential treatment and retreats employing highly effective
cutting-edge, non-pharmaceutical methods, based on the principle that
our experience in the world is chosen by our beliefs. We can choose to
change those beliefs and thereby achieve a different result in our
lives. In other words: we can choose again. The Center in Costa Rica is
located on eleven acres of breathtakingly beautiful forested hills with
spectacular views of pristine Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano.

Each client recognizes immediately that he is being trained to become
independant of his counselor, that he is worthy of respect and has his

Diederik is the founder and program director of the Choose Again
Attitudinal Healing Center. He is the lead facilitator of both the
Vancouver and Costa Rica arms of the organization. He is an
international workshop leader and relationship counselor with many
years experience in group facilitation.
After many years of private practice in Vancouver, Diederik saw the
need for a facility away from the familiar environment of his clients
where they could work on themselves without the stress of maintaining
their image of themselves. His dream was a wonderful quiet place of
restful spiritual safety where clients could feel free to choose
change. He created exactly that in Costa Rica and now invites clients
to join him for as long as is necessary to change their minds.
