Luella is a multi expressional artist from Pickering Ontario. She is a self taught musician and vocalist, playing the Native Cedar Flute and Drum. Native teachings have been a strong influence in her life that inspire and nourish her heart. She is also a dancer, writer, holistic massage practitioner and a handcraft artist. She began playing the flute at age 22 as a personal practice of prayer and meditation which over time has evolved into sharing her music in Native Circles and Ceremonies and multiple live productions, several appearances on T.V. and radio and talk shows.
In 2005 she produced a CD called ‘Reunited: The Journey Home’, a compilation of improvised flute, vocals, nature sounds, chimes and crystal singing bowls. From 2006-2008 she played for a live weekly fundraiser for World Vision in Vancouver B.C. for children of war at the Chai Gallery. Her CD has been used in other productions as background music in meditation CD’s and Yoga Videos.
In 2006 she developed a form of expressional dance called Pura Vida: Dancing the Pure Life. From age 5 dance and music has been her passion. She practiced Ballet, Jazz and Tap then in her twenties she began exploring various forms of expressional dance and dance therapy including Contact Improv, Martial Dance, Gabriel Roths 5 Rhythms and Biodanza. She loves sharing her discoveries in her work to empower people to grow, heal, celebrate being alive and re-awaken the beauty of humanity within. Ronin Niwe
Ronin Niwe is a North American curandero featured in “Vine of the Soul”. He has been an apprentice of renowned Shipibo shaman, Guillermo Arévalo, for the past eight years. His career path has always been directed towards the healing arts. After a life-threatening car crash in his early twenties, Ronin turned to alternative health practices as an adjunct to mainstream medicine. He’s an acupuncturist and Reiki master by training although he now spends most of his professional time leading traditional ayahuasca ceremonies.
Ronin Niwe is in residence at Espíritu de Anaconda, Peru at least twice a year for a month or six weeks at a time. Through deepening his knowledge of the plant teachers, he prepares himself for ceremonies around the world.

What is Satsang? by Katie Davis
Satsang is not simply a public meeting where a teacher sits before students and the intellectual topic of discussion is consciousness, presence, being now, Truth, Self-realization and enlightenment using concepts, ideas and beliefs. In Satsang, "sat" means "truth" and "sang" means "community." The term "satsang" means "in association with Truth."
There is a palpable "new" frequency of Being and an inexplicable silent Stillness that is alive. In satsang, if words are spoken, which is not required, the words arise from the Stillness. The "vibrating" of the Quiet is on top of, behind and through every word. The teacher is not "doing" or "transmitting" anything. Instead, the teacher is like an open window with a breeze blowing through, a breeze with no separation. When the mind is quiet, it is called Presence and this Presence is very contagious by Itself. Everyone who comes in contact with it is affected, whether they are conscious of it or not. There is no positionality whatsoever between you and the teacher. In fact, the teacher is recognized to be none other than one's true Self. It is directly experienced that you are not separate and that you are already aware and whole. There is no need to heal a perceived broken past, since in the Now, you are already radiant and complete. There is no need to fixate on any aspect of the future, in search for an obscure happiness through more becoming, since as Now, Supreme Happiness is. You are the Now that is formlessness and it is realized that this is the only eternal moment in which true life IS.
In satsang, Love burns everything into Itself. Like the alchemy of transforming base metal into gold, there is a natural transmutation of pain and suffering into Love. With 100% willingness, there is the destruction of everything false, while true and lasting fulfillment outpours. Papaji, one of the world's greatest sages, shared that there are certain requirements for the student who attends satsang. First, there must be an ability to discern what is real and what is unreal (permanent or impermanent) Second, it must be recognized that Truth is beyond the senses. Iqbal Ishani is a talented musician who performs and records with acoustic guitar, steel string guitar and flamenco guitar. In addition he adds prana flute (played only with the mouth) and ritual drums (an African python skin drum and a goat skin drum). His vocals are melodic and soothing. He sings in six languages, English, French, Spanish, German, Gujarati, Swahili and Sanskrit.

You are the Now that is formlessness and it is realized that this is the only eternal moment in which true life IS.
